Summer camp „Fascination of Flying “2010
The first week of summer vacation is a time to remember for all teenagers that are interested in aviation.
The University of Applied Sciences Hamburg and 6 companies of the aviation industry offer teenagers at the age of 14 to 16 exceptional insights in the aviation sector. They get to know all kinds of jobs related to aviation by an interesting mixture of company visitations, participations in workshops and several lectures.

Adventures-knowledge-documentation about flying with hydrogen
A Camera-team from the Second Channel of German Television made photographs in our fuel cell test center for the adventures-knowledge-documentation about flying with hydrogen.
This contribution is radiated on Wednesday, 12.05.2010 around 22:55 o´ clock at the channel “ZDF”.
The contribution examines the possibilities and risks of hydrogen as replacement for conventional impulse materials and accompanies the first modern hydrogen airplane “Antares” built by the German center for air and space travel for test flights.

Certification for the ALTEN Network Technical Documentation
The ALTEN Network Technical Documentation consisting of AEROTEC in Hamburg, CISIA in Toulouse and Aerotec S.R.L in Romania, succeeded in fulfilling the requirements of EN 9100 and the certification audit by TÜV Nord Cert with a very good result. Locations in Rostock, Hannover, Donauwörth and Munich are also part of the three mentioned Delivery Centres.
The field of application of this network certificate is divided in Technical Documentation and Project Management for aviation, automotive and shipping industry as well as future key technologies such as renewable energy.
